My name is Amy Rolsky and I am a Physical Therapist, Pilates instructor, wife, and mama, living and working in Denver, Colorado. My passion as a physical therapist is a whole body integration and education on movement for life outside of the clinic. My specialties includes pelvic health and wellness, female pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum wellness, dry needling, fascial and visceral mobilizations, Pilates, and functional exercise. My formal education took place at the University of Pittsburgh (2009) and University of Maryland (2006).
